Customer Service Response Center

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

To contribute significantly to the team goal and delivers friendly, knowledgeable service to both internal and external customers.

Job duties include:

• Answers the phone in accordance with Company procedures.
• With a smile in the voice, assists external customers with their customer service issues.
• For simple questions, encourages callers to use the automated telephone system, Company manual, or web site.
• Researches answers to issues and calls the customer back within 24 hours.
• Assists with processing the suspense list in accordance with Company procedures.
• Makes suggestions for improving processes and procedures.
• Develops knowledge of general insurance polices, procedures, and systems to answer customers' questions.

Skills/Requirements

• Excellent telephone skills.
• Knowledge of insurance coverages preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) strongly preferred.
